Tracking Numbers & Shipping
All top orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after you place your order. Business days consist of Monday-Friday only, excluding all major holidays. Dresses may take up to 2 weeks of business days before they are shipped. If you need an item sooner, please contact me via e-mail (email@example.com) and I will let you know if I am able to accommodate your request. This will include an additional charge of $5 to rush your order, which can be found at the shipping option at checkout. If you do not contact me prior to ordering and select “Rush order” at checkout, your order will ship within 2 business days unless you are notified otherwise. If we are unable to rush your order for any reason, you will be refunded the additional $5 and your order will be processed as a regular order (3-5 business days)
When your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please check all folders of your e-mail including junk/spam if you do not see it in your main inbox. Effective December 1, 2020, you will also receive an additional e-mail showing a picture of your completed order, the packaging and the time that your package was handed over to the shipping company. The tracking number is expected to update within 24-48 hours of the shipping company receiving the package. Please note that A.N.A Ziyonne does not work for USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other shipping company. Once a package is handed over to the shipping company, the applicable shipping company is responsible for the package and for it to arrive to the final destination. Please use the tracking number provided to track the package and contact the responsible party (shipping company) should there be any questions on location of the package, damage to the package or lost packages.
*Due to past delays, effective December 1, 2020, A.N.A Ziyonne will now be ensuring that all packages are shipped within the appropriate time frame according to the first paragraph on this page, or your order will be free. Should your package not be shipped within the stated time frame above, you will receive an e-mail with an explanation including when your free package is expected to be shipped and a refund notification. Please note that this does not include shipping time, only processing time.
Returns & Exchanges
Currently, returns are not accepted at this time. All items are handmade to order and are essentially custom orders.
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact customer service via email immediately upon receiving your package (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please note that no defective or damaged items are ever shipped out and that any damage would be due to handling by the shipping company and should be discussed with the responsible party. A.N.A Ziyonne takes pride in the quality of each customers handmade order, as well as making sure each order is wrapped securely before being placed in the shipping package. A.N.A Ziyonne will work with the customer and the shipping company to come up with a satisfactory resolution if necessary. Responses in regards to such matters will be sent within one business day.
No exchanges are accepted. A.N.A Ziyonne is also not responsible for any damage to an item after a customer has worn it and is not responsible for any incorrect measurements provided by the customer. If you are unsure of sizing, I recommend ordering your usual size in clothing or to e-mail me prior to placing an order.
