Returns & Exchanges
Currently, I do not accept returns or process refunds at this time, as all items are handmade to order and are essentially custom orders.
Exchanges will only be considered if an item arrives damaged and is absolutely unwearable. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact customer service ONLY via email (email@example.com) and we will discuss an exchange. No exchanges will be accepted especially after an item has been worn or for any other reason. A.N.A Ziyonne is not responsible for any damage to an item after a customer has worn it.
Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted for bodysuits, or swimwear for hygiene purposes so please be sure of your size before ordering. If you are unsure of sizing, please e-mail before purchasing.
If an exchange is approved by A.N.A Ziyonne, the item must be received within seven (7) business days of authorization of the return for an exchange. If I do not approve of an exchange and an item is sent to me without approval, the item will be sent back the same way I received it. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs.
